搶莊牛牛是人們在基本牛牛玩法規則上衍生變化的其中一款玩法之一，搶莊牛牛遊戲是，玩家開局時就會按照倍數，互相報數進行搶莊，而倍數最高者則會成為遊戲裡的莊家後進而利用高額倍數的獎勵，贏取大獎。所以搶莊牛牛的遊戲玩法和遊戲規則會和普通牛牛遊戲裡有一些區別。搶莊牛牛是由二到五人玩一副牌（共有五十四張牌），其中一位當莊家其餘則為閒家，而在發完牌後即可開牌，比牌。在搶莊牛牛裡，莊家將會和所有閒家一一進行比較，牌型大者為贏，牌型小者在搶莊牛牛視為輸家。而玩家們在搶莊牛牛遊戲開局中，可以自由叫牌，進行搶莊，按照順序報倍數搶做莊家，最高倍數者成為本局搶莊牛牛裡的莊家，而在搶莊牛牛裡，如果是莊家贏則會翻倍通吃，閒家贏全部都賠。玩家也是能將手中的五張牌，以【三張一卡，兩張一卡】的形式排列成十的倍數，這種牌就叫【牛牛】，【牛牛】是無論哪種牛牛遊戲裡都是屬於最大的牌型。在網絡搶莊牛牛遊戲內，牛牛牌型玩法也和所有的牛牛遊戲類似，玩家選擇三張組合成牛的牌，而在牌的左上位置會有個牛字將會亮起來，點擊牛字就行了，而在無牛的情況下直接點攤牌。如是線下玩搶莊牛牛，那麼就需玩家自行排列牌型。以上就是搶莊牛牛的遊戲玩法了，搶莊牛牛的遊戲規則，牌型大小，點數大小，勝負計算，如何下注等等，如有機會將會在於各位講解，搶莊牛牛雖然是一款衍生出來得玩法之一，但其獨特的玩法也讓許多人為它著迷。
