الدونات هي نوع من أنواع الحلويات المشهورة عالميا 
وتعتبر واحدة من الحلويات المفضلة لدى الكثيرين... 
إليك طريقة عمل الدونات:
في وعاء كبير امزج ثلاث أكواب من الدقيق مع ربع 
كوب من السكر وملعقتين صغيرتين من الخميرة 
الفورية وملعقة صغيرة من الملح...
أضف بيضة وثلاث أرباع كوب من الحليب الدافئ وربع 
كوب من الزبدة الذائبة إلى الخليط الجاف وامزجهم 
جيدا حتى تتكون عجينة...
اعجن العجينة على سطح مرشوش بالدقيق حتى 
تصبح ناعمة ومرنة...
غطي العجينة واتركها تتخمر لمدة ساعتين حتى 
تتضاعف حجمها...
بعد أن تتخمر العجينة قم بفردها على سطح 
مرشوش بالدقيق...
استخدم قالب دائري لتقطيع العجينة إلى دوائر...
سخن الزيت في مقلاة عميقة على نار متوسطة...
اقلي الدونات في الزيت المسخن حتى تصبح 
ذهبية اللون من الجهتين...
بعد تقلي الدونات ضعها على ورق مطبخ لامتصاص 
الزيت الزائد..
