إليك وصفة لكيكة الجزر الشهية:
سخن الفرن إلى درجة حرارة 180 
مئوية واستعد قالب الخبز بدهنه 
بالزيت...
في وعاء كبير اخلط كوب سكر و
ثلاث أرباع كوب زيت نباتي جيدا 
حتى يصبح الخليط ناعما...
أضف ثلاث بيضات إلى الخليط و
استمر في الخفق حتى يمتزج جيدا...
أضف كوبين جزر مبشورة ناعمة و
ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا وملعقة صغيرة 
قرفة ونصف ملعقة صغيرة هيل 
مطحون واخلطهم معا...
في وعاء منفصل اخلط كوب ونصف 
دقيق مع مسحوق الخبز وملعقة 
صغيرة بيكنج بودر ونصف ملعقة 
صغيرة بيكنج صودا وربع ملعقة 
صغيرة ملح...
أضف خليط الدقيق تدريجيا إلى خليط 
الجزر واستمر في الخفق حتى تتجانس 
المكونات...
صب العجينة في قالب الخبز المستعد 
واملأه حوالي ثلثي القالب...
اخبز الكيكة في الفرن المسخن مسبقا 
لمدة 45 دقيقة... 
اترك الكيكة تبرد قليلا في القالب قبل 
نقلها إلى رف التبريد لتبرد تماما...
